RALEIGH-DURHAM, March 28, 2019 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that commercial real estate veteran, Eve Pilkington, has joined the firm to lead Raleigh-Durham’s Asset Services.
Pilkington will be responsible for growing the firm’s business in Central and Eastern North Carolina, which currently includes a property management portfolio of more than 7 million-square-feet. She will primarily focus on serving Cushman & Wakefield’s current clients, pursuing new business, recruiting, and overseeing day-to-day operations.
She joins Cushman & Wakefield from Trinity Partners, where she served as Director of Property Management.
At Cushman & Wakefield, Pilkington will report to Rich Harris, Managing Principal for the Raleigh-Durham office.
“We are very excited to bring on a leader of Eve’s caliber,” said Harris. “She is highly regarded in the commercial real estate industry by owners and brokers alike. I had the pleasure of working with Eve at a former firm for more than a decade and repeatedly saw the impact she had on the firm both professionally and from a culture perspective. I look forward to working with her again and seeing her lead an already strong Asset Services team.”
Pilkington is active in the commercial real estate industry, previously serving as President for Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Raleigh-Durham and Triangle Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). She earned her BA degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
