Grady Matthews Named Managing Principal of Cushman & Wakefield’s Raleigh-Durham Office

Cushman & Wakefield Arranges $16M Sale for Artesia Real Estate

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $16 million sale of Fox Ridge Manor, a 164-unit apartment community located in Raleigh, North Carolina. Watson Bryant, Jordan McCarley and Paul Marley of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Artesia Real Estate, in the transaction. Eve Pilkington Joins Cushman & Wakefield to Lead Asset Services in Raleigh-Durham

RALEIGH-DURHAM, March 28, 2019 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that commercial real estate veteran, Eve Pilkington, has joined the firm to lead Raleigh-Durham’s Asset Services. Legacy at Brier Creek RALEIGH-DURHAM, NC, FEBRUARY 14, 2019 – Cushman & Wakefield is pleased to announce the sale of Legacy at Brier Creek – a 100% leased, Class A Office building located within Raleigh-Durham’s master-planned Brier Creek development. Legacy at Brier Creek was developed by Heritage Properties, Inc. and its joint venture partner Alex. Brown Realty, Inc. and delivered in December 2017. Raleigh-Durham Capital Markets Team Arranges Sale of 2235 Gateway Access Point RALEIGH-DURHAM, NC, December 11, 2018 – Cushman & Wakefield today announced the sale of 2235 Gateway Access Point, a mixed-use office and retail development located at the intersection of Lake Boone Trail and Gateway Access Point in West Raleigh. Cushman & Wakefield Managing Director David Finger and Director Sara Owen represented the seller, Union Bank & Trust, in the sale of the Class A office building totaling 45,746 square feet. As part of the transaction, Union Bank & Trust signed a lease for a portion of space in the building, which it and its predecessors have occupied since the building’s construction in 2007. Stratford Hall Carlisle Place Southeast Capital Markets Group Represents Seller in Portfolio Disposition RALEIGH-DURHAM, NC, December 3, 2018 – Cushman & Wakefield today announced the sale of Carlisle Place and Stratford Hall within Imperial Center in Durham, North Carolina. Cushman & Wakefield’s Southeast Regional Investment Sales Group, represented the seller, Bridge Investment Group, in the transaction of the two Class A office assets totaling 197,000 square feet. OA Development, Inc. acquired the buildings, adding to its existing holdings within Imperial Center. RDU Colleagues Win Three BOMA Awards

Jeanette Horton, Debi Hunter, Beth Stewart and Amory Casto Raleigh-Durham's Asset Services team was recently honored by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) at their TOBY and Pacesetter awards banquet. Jeanette Horton and Debi Hunter were recognized as the 2017 Assistant Property Manager of the Year and Property Manager of the year, respectively. This Pacesetter award was designed to recognize excellence within the BOMA organization. Cushman & Wakefield also took home the Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) for Raleigh-Durham? for industrial property 5104 Chin Page Road.
